What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners on company-provided appointments to design the right whole home backup power solution for their home.
• Deliver professional in-home presentations that educate customers and build value.
• Prepare proposals, answer questions, and guide homeowners through the buying process.
• Close sales with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
• Partner with our operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience from sale through installation. What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, coachable, customer-focused, and driven to succeed. In-home sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in home improvement, HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, electrical, or generator sales is a plus.
