Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team! This person will work at our front counter and interact with customers. You will be helping them with picking up orders and placing new ones.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers who come to our facility.
• Help customers place new orders
• Find finished goods for customers
• Direct incoming phone calls to correct sales staff
• Put new order information into production tracking system
• Assist accounting staff with end of day sales information Skills
• Demonstrated ability in retail or direct customer service environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and managing time efficiently
