Hope & Vine is opening its debut location on Providence's East Side, featuring curated selections of wine, beer & spirits, and powered by the cutting edge SkuSense retail presentation platform. The shop will feature thoughtfully sourced bottles, rare finds, frequent tastings and neighborhood hospitality. Whether you're shopping for everyday offerings or that perfect bottle for a special occasion, we will always have you covered. Explore on your own, go deeper with SkuSense as you guide, or enjoy recommendations from our knowledgeable staff!!! We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our store team, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales quotas. Candidates with a background in retail management and/or the beverage industry will receive preference. A responsible, positive, self-starting and dedicated attitude is crucial in this position. This role has proven to be a great learning opportunity within the wine industry providing a path to grow in an expanding organization. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the store staff
• Maintain operational standards and shop presentation
• Execute marketing and outreach campaigns
• Contribute to wine, beer, and spirits buying
• Manage inventory procedures
• Greet, direct, and assist customers
• Conduct weekly tastings Skills
• Experience as a retail manager or similar leadership role
• Experience in the wine industry, retail shop, or restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Facility with technical platforms
• Ability to carry wine cases (40 pounds) safely
• Ability to perform in a multi-faceted environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
