About the Role

: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with at least one year of jewelry experience and strong leadership or managerial skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine, caring personality and a passion for helping othersboth clients and colleagueswhile maintaining the high standards that define our family business.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships through education and trust.
• Lead by example on the sales floorcoaching and supporting team members to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Manage and follow through on all customer interactions, including sales, repairs, special orders, appraisals, and custom work.
• Oversee client communications and ensure timely updates on all orders and repairs.
• Assist in merchandise acquisition, sourcing unique pieces for client viewings.
• Support daily operations including inventory management, office tasks, cleaning, filing, and display maintenance.
• Help maintain a positive team culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in jewelry sales or related retail jewelry work (management experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to empathize and connect with clients.
• Confident and professional demeanor with a focus on integrity and trust.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team while working collaboratively.

Expectations: Within 90 days you should have a full working knowledge of the Point of Sale system and all basic procedures as described in our policy and procedure. Within 6 months you should be able to understand and describe all aspects of the merchandise, including diamond grades, watches, colored gemstones and metals. Be able to quote repairs. $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 annual salary + potential group commission depending on existing skill set. 15 days FTO (Floating time off) Parking pass (covered parking garage) RTD pass available 401K available after 1 year (see below) Health benefits available after 90 days.
