Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
• Learn customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from introduction to delivery
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads in a timely and professional manner
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Maintain current knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, features, incentives, and financing options
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Automotive sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• High energy level and strong work ethic
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, text, and in person
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
• Professional appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License required
• Pennsylvania Salesperson License or ability to obtain upon hire Schedule
