Branch Sales Leader Real Estate Sales (Real Estate Growth & Coaching)

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on branch growth, agent development, recruiting, coaching, and sales performance. You will lead and grow a high- performance real estate office while helping agents increase production, strengthen accountability, and build scalable businesses within a proven platform. This is not a traditional build your own team opportunity. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a branch within an established organization that already provides the systems, operational support, lead infrastructure, training, and leadership foundation needed to scale successfully. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, coach, recruiter, and operator who thrives in a growth-focused environment and enjoys developing people, driving performance, and building culture.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Recruitment & Growth

• Recruit and attract productive and growth-minded real estate agents
• Conduct interviews and selection conversations in partnership with the recruiting department, aligned with company standards.
• Help establish and reinforce a strong branch culture aligned with company standards and values
• Build relationships with agents and create a consistent recruiting pipeline Agent Coaching & Development
• Lead with a servant leadership mindset, putting agents' growth and success at the center of everything the branch does
• Onboard agents into company systems, processes, and lead platforms
• Provide structured 1:1 coaching around lead conversion, pipeline growth, and business planning
• Facilitate sales meetings, accountability conversations, and skill development sessions
• Support agents at different production levels with clear expectations and coaching plans
• Help agents improve consistency, follow-up, and overall production habits
• Build individualized development plans that help agents grow sustainable, scalable businesses
• Create a culture of mentorship where experienced agents help elevate newer team members
• Establish and reinforce a strong branch culture aligned with company standards and values Sales Leadership & System Execution
• Drive adoption of CRM systems, lead management processes, and follow-up standards
• Support performance-based lead distribution and accountability systems
• Monitor production metrics, conversion rates, and agent activity
• Partner with leadership to drive branch growth and overall sales performance
• Help create consistency, accountability, and operational alignment within the office

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• 3+ years of consistent residential real estate production
• Proven ability to generate business and convert leads
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
• Confidence recruiting and influencing other agents Preferred:
• Prior leadership, recruiting, or coaching experience
• Team or branch leadership background
• Experience leading meetings, trainings, or accountability sessions What Success Looks Like
