Full description of the position

Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life? We're looking for a motivated, organized Sales Consultant to join our Phoenix showroom.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage your customers from the first showroom visit through the completion of their project.

Responsibilities

include:

  • Help customers select flooring, cabinetry, and related home improvement products.
  • Build estimates.
  • Schedule in-home measurements and job-site walkthroughs/ installs.
  • Communicate with customers, installers, and office staff throughout each project.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Flooring, cabinetry, remodeling, or home improvement experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation
  • 100% Commission-Based

  • Company-generated leads and walk-in showroom traffic provided. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding into full home remodeling. Two locations (Surprise and Phoenix) with availability for each. Pay: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
