Coeur d'Alene Nissan is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling new and used Nissans, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll play a critical role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, demonstrating key features and benefits.
• Masterfully handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
• Utilize Vinsolutions to manage customer relationships, track activity, and follow up.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and financing options.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Keep up-to-date with Nissan's latest models, technology, and promotions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Effectively utilize CRM tools and dealership resources to maximize sales.
• Utilize sales scripts and word tracks effectively during customer interactions.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other proactive measures. Skills
• Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
• Proficiency with Vinsolutions and other CRM systems.
• Experience with word tracks and sales scripts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Passion for automotive and a strong knowledge of vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
