Our project managers realistically earn $100,000$200,000+ a year , and top performers go beyond that. Hail seasons like this one are exactly when that happens. • Meet homeowners, inspect and measure roofs, and run in-person demos with both decision-makers.
• Ask for the sale, handle objections, and close; our PMs run a 4555% close ratio when they work the system.
• Keep your funnel full through prospecting and referrals, in busy seasons and slow ones alike.
• Manage your jobs from contract to final payment: be on site at the start, check the work, walk the completion with the customer, and earn the review and the referrals.
• Take ownership of every job you sign. What you bring
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• The discipline to run your own day and the drive to keep growing.
• Sales or roofing experience is a strong plus; attitude and work ethic matter more.
