Overview

Here at Next Generation Roofing we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, helping to drive business development efforts in a competitive market.

Duties

• Knock doors in pre-approved residential areas to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Utilize door-to-door lead tracking app called Lead Scout to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets and refine outreach strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and improve sales techniques. Experience
• Proven experience in inside or outside sales or customer service jobs is preferred.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building relationships.
