• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, building long-term relationships
• Identify and recommend landscape enhancements and improvements
• Walk properties regularly to assess conditions and proactively solve issues
• Partner with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and strategic recommendations What were looking for
• Experience in landscape management, horticulture, or related field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in the field
