Job Description

: Colonial Marble and Granite, a leading provider of premium stone countertops, is seeking motivated and self-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our expanding team as 1099 independent contractors. You'll handle pre-qualified in-home consultation requests generated through our partnerships with Costco, Floor & Decor, and Colonial Marble direct leads within PA. This is a remote, commission-based role with a flexible scheduleperfect for experienced sales professionals who thrive on independence and performance- based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to in-home consultation requests from Colonial, Costco, and Floor & Decor customers.
• Schedule and conduct in-home or virtual sales appointments at your convenience.
• Assess customer needs and present customized stone countertop solutions.
• Manage your own pipeline of leads and follow up for closing sales.
• Use remote tools like Microsoft Teams for bi-monthly team meetings.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process. What We Offer:

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, home design, or related industries.

• Reliable transportation for in-home consultations.
• Tech-savvy: able to use Microsoft Teams and basic CRM tools.
• Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Must submit to a background check.

Compensation
