What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Visit local businesses to introduce Prime Partners' staffing solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Identify workforce challenges and recommend customized staffing solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing new accounts.
• Generate business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
• Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate service agreements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous B2B outside sales experience
• Experience prospecting and developing new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses in person
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
