Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with garage door systems
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for repairs or replacements
• Identify and present sales opportunities for new products and services
• Complete service tickets and maintain detailed records of work performed
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Meet or exceed individual performance and sales goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 1+ year of experience in garage door repair/installation or a mechanical trade (preferred)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile software for work orders
• Sales experience or strong sales aptitude (preferred)
