As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be hard- working and results-oriented and driven, combining a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and an engaging and credible personality. You should also be a quick and eager learner with a desire to constantly expand your sales and product knowledge. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to easily establish rapport with both clients and their gatekeepers. Specific qualifications for the role include: High school diploma (Minimum required education) Recent outside sales experience including establishing business relationships and overcoming gatekeepers' objections Steady work history with longevity with previous employers Excellent customer service and follow-up skills Familiarity with social media Professional appearance and demeanor Availability to work weekends when required
