Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative (Spanish/English) Company: Vanguard Retail Group, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $12.00$14.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly bonuses and sales incentives. Join Our Growing Team! Vanguard Retail Group is looking for motivated, bilingual sales professionals to join our Total Wireless retail team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

include:

• Assist customers with selecting wireless phones, plans, and accessories.
• Activate new wireless service and transfer customer data.
• Recommend accessories, protection plans, and other value-added products.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Follow Total Wireless policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven sales environment. Preferred
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
