• Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist (CommissionOnly) Desort Dental Division Remote U.S. HighGrowth Role About the Opportunity Desort is expanding our national Dental Division and seeking a
• Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist
• to drive growth across DSOs, private practices, and multilocation dental groups. This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performancedriven environment and excels at building longterm, highvalue client partnerships. You'll represent a fastscaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental clients
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach and pitch Desort's recruitment solutions
• Strengthen Desort's presence across DSOs and private practices
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
• Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency What Makes You a Strong Fit
• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Confident with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
• Organized, selfdriven, and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment

Compensation

(CommissionOnly)

• Unlimited commission
• Biannual performance bonuses(twice a year)
• Recommended earnings range:
• $85,000 $180,000+ annually
