Job Summary

Is a family owned and operated building material supplier that has been servicing central Georgia since 1880. We strive to offer our customers excellent service at competitive prices. SBS has a wide range of products and services. Our inventory is purchased through one of the largest national building material buying groups that has over $12 billion in combined retail sales. We have an installed sales department that installs garage doors and spray foam insulation, just to name a few. From start to finish, we offer more products and services than any other building material supplier in central Georgia. We are looking to add an outside sales representative to cover Laurens and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

:

• Ability to succeed in a busy, fast paced work environment, with a strong sense of urgency
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Self motivator, that is competitive, energetic, passionate and driven
• Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with customers
• Excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities, with a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction materials is a plus
• Willingness to learn
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Complete accurate takeofffs from blueprints or jobsites
• Flexible hours based on customers needs Job Type: Full-time
