Full description of the position

We are a growing kitchen and bath dealer in Southern New Jersey seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Consultant to join our small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on helping homeowners and contractors design and purchase kitchen and bath solutions. Schedule

• Monday Tuesday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Thursday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to design and sell kitchen and bath projects
• Guide clients through product selections based on style, function, and budget
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and manage orders from start to finish
• Follow up with customers and builders to close sales and maintain relationships
• Generate new business through referrals, relationships, and outreach
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain showroom organization and stay current on product knowledge

Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen and bath sales is required
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and related products
• Comfortable working with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small team environment
• Strong communication and follow-through skills Preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and installation processes is a strong plus
• Experience with design or quoting software
• Background in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales

• Starting hourly rate: $25$30 per hour, based on experience
• IRA retirement plan with company match after 1 year
• Eligibility for end-of-year performance bonus
• $500 monthly bonus when team sales targets are met

This is a small team environment, so we value someone who is dependable, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to overall sales success. Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
