Duties

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate commercial insurance policies that align with their business operations.
• Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options with clients and underwriters to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including underwriting procedures and policy analysis.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor that builds trust and long-term relationships. Pay: $45,000.00 - $68,173.00 per year
