Experienced Outside Sales Representative $3,000 Hiring Bonus! Madison, WI Full-Time Starting at $45,000 per year + Commission If you're a proven sales pro in the building materials world we want YOU. Are you an experienced Outside Sales Representative who knows the building materials industry inside and out? Your Impact as an Experienced Sales Pro This role is built for someone who already knows how to succeed in outside sales especially in building materials: Build and maintain a strong book of business with both new and existing accounts Conduct daily sales calls and meet with customers facetoface your strength is personal interaction Identify customer needs quickly and deliver the right solutions Prepare accurate material takeoffs and estimates Maintain organized, detailed records of your accounts, leads, and pipeline Know your market pricing, trends, and new products Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service Provide consistent follow-up and proactive account management Represent Marling with confidence, professionalism, and credibility This is a role where your experience matters and we reward it. Who We're Looking For This is NOT an entry-level position. We're seeking someone who already brings:

• Previous outside sales experience (required)
• Building materials sales experience (required you must know the industry)
• Strong takeoff & estimating experience (required)
• Excellent follow-up, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Confidence in navigating estimating and industry software
• A positive, polished, customer-focused attitude
• Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to build long-term partnerships
