Overview

Benson Protective Services is seeking motivated, outgoing, and dependable Street Team Representatives to help grow our client base by connecting with local businesses. In this role, you will represent our company in the community, introduce businesses to our security services, identify decision- makers, and schedule meetings with potential clients. This is a performance- based opportunity for individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission based on their results. Duties

• Represent Benson Protective Services professionally in the community.
• Visit local businesses to introduce our security services.
• Speak with business owners, managers, or other decision-makers.
• Collect business information, including the company name, contact person's name, phone number, and email address.
• Schedule meetings between interested businesses and the company owner.
• Distribute business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Answer basic questions about our security services.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while building relationships with local businesses.
• Record all leads accurately and submit them daily.
• Meet weekly lead generation and appointment goals. What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation is needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while visiting businesses.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and email for submitting leads.
• Sales, marketing, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to representing Benson Protective Services professionally.
