Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Kannapolis area and looking for a Territory Sales Representative who is confident, motivated, and ready to work directly with local businesses. This is a field-based sales position where you'll spend your time meeting with business owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees, building professional relationships and introducing products that support their teams. You'll be backed by training, coaching, and a structured process designed to help you learn the business and build a strong foundation for long-term success. We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys building relationships and working directly with clients. What You'll Do

• Build connections with local businesses through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present our products and services
• Manage and grow your territory by building a pipeline of repeat and referral business
• Work independently while collaborating with leadership to refine sales strategies and meet business objectives
