Urban Grind Roofing LLC is a locally owned, award-winning roofing company built on one mentality: The Grind. We outwork, out-care, and out-serve everyone else and we're looking for a few driven people to do it with us. You don't need roofing experience. We'll train you from day one. What we can't train is hunger. • Meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide them honestly through their options
• Get full training and mentorship from day one
