Requirements

Valid Rhode Island Producer License for Life and Health insurance. Minimum of five years of direct sales experience within the insurance sector. Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams. Strong understanding of regional market trends in New England. Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and hands-on coaching to our growing team of sales agents to help them achieve their personal and professional milestones. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our presence across Rhode Island. Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and celebrate team wins. Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our outreach strategies and improve client retention. Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where every individual feels encouraged to contribute their ideas. Represent The Atlantic District at local community events to strengthen our brand awareness and build meaningful networks.
