Full description of the position

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with OR without experience to join our team as a Roofing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for attending training classes, following up on customer leads the company provides, driving the company's sales, upholding the values and principles of the company, and enjoying the fruits of your labor. Your primary objective is to develop strong customer relationships while promoting roofing services. This is a 1099 position with no cap on your earnings. Plus plenty of perks to better enhance your way of life! A detailed list of responsibilities includes:

• Pursue potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors to generate roofing sales leads.
• Conduct market research, using resources provided by the company, to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with customers, educating them about our referral program to generate new leads, and acting as an advocate for the customer.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable guidance to customers on the Franco Roofing process, materials, and installation.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assess roofs to determine the project scope, level of damage, and communicate findings to the back office.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and reliable/insured transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Self-motivated individual with or without roofing or sales experience.
• Willingness to get on top of roofs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $84,691.01 - $92,009.56 per year Expected hours: 25.0 40.0 per week
