Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Outside Sales Executives with experience in the commercial service industry. Ideal candidates have a strong background in business-to-business sales and are comfortable working independently to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads
• Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients
• Present, negotiate, and close new service contracts
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Participate in daily sales meetings and team collaboration
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
• Experience in the service industry preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure appointments
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Skills & Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Willingness to travel within the state as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
