Sales Representative Material Handling Equipment (2+ Years Experience) Schedule: Full-time | Location: Laredo, TX (In-office & Customer Visits) | Pay: Starting at $50,000 a year + commission opportunities

Job Summary

J.V. Equipment, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business, build customer relationships, and sell forklifts, batteries and warehouse equipment. This role combines both inside and outside sales. Sales experience is required; equipment experience is notwe will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

Material Handling Equipment Sales Representative

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of building relationships and closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and developing new business
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to meet with customers and manage sales opportunities from start to finish
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a company vehicle will be provided)
• B2B, outside sales, equipment sales, or financing experience preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish (Non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

Material Handling Equipment Sales Representative

• Prospect for new customers through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and research
• Spend time in the office developing leads, following up with customers, and managing sales opportunities
• Visit businesses to meet with owners, managers, and decision-makers to identify equipment needs
• Present forklifts, pallet equipment, and other industrial solutions based on customer requirements
• Prepare quotes, proposals, financing options, and sales agreements
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to close sales
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity
• Build long-term relationships and grow your customer territory
