Dominus Solutions is expanding its battery storage division and looking for a sharp, coachable closer to work a warm pipeline. You'll work exclusively with existing solar homeowners customers who already believe in clean energy presenting battery backup solutions that protect their investment and eliminate utility dependence. Leads are fed directly to you. Your focus is one thing: close.

Duties

• Receive and work a steady pipeline of pre-qualified leads from existing solar customers
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess energy usage and present battery storage solutions
• Clearly articulate the value of battery backup outage protection, bill optimization, energy independence
• Guide customers through product options, financing, and the installation process from contract to close
• Maintain accurate deal updates inside our CRM
• Follow up diligently on open opportunities with support from the team
• Collaborate with install coordination for smooth post-sale handoff
• Meet and exceed monthly closed-deal volume targets

Compensation

• 100% Commission 1099

• $80,000$150,000+ annual earning potential

• Solar or energy background a plus but not required
