We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales, drive revenue growth, and deliver an outstanding client experience. Position

Overview

: The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new memberships, increasing client retention, and supporting the overall success of the spa. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales to create lasting relationships with clients. The position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with people, exceeding goals, and being rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales through consultations, tours, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and renewals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and membership targets.
• Train, coach and motivate front desk on sales efforts.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate client records.
• Handle membership inquiries, upgrades and cancellations professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional and welcoming spa environment

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; management experience preferred.
• Experience in the spa, wellness, fitness, beauty, or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
