Momentum Outreach Group seeks a full-time Business Development Representative to take down lag in local areas. The Business Development Representative engages with customers in person to show them how Fios can turn their frowns upside down, ensuring every sales interaction builds trust, and maybe even a laugh. As a Business Development Representative, you'll spark interest by asking about connectivity usage, then introduce Fios as an upgrade that supports multiple users without compromising performance. The Business Development Representative recognizes our customers' internet usage patterns and customizes fiber recommendations that align with their needs.

Responsibilities

of the Business Development Representative

• Begin simple sales conversations that uncover everyday internet issues and allow you to introduce Fios as a meaningful, highvalue fiber upgrade
• Share simple, clear Fios explanations that help customers understand how fiber improves streaming, video calls, gaming, and everyday online use.
• Help customers compare Fios plans and choose the option that best fits their home's device load and daily routines.
• Address questions about Fios features or pricing with honest, easytounderstand answers that support confident decisions.
• Follow up after installation to make sure everything is working smoothly and reinforce a positive Fios experience.
• Keep the sales pipeline active by identifying new customers, starting conversations, and creating Fios sales opportunities.

Qualifications

of the Business Development Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Pays close attention to customer needs to ensure accurate sales recommendations.
• Shows early signs of sales development through reliability and consistent customer care. Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
