Boat Sales Professional High Earning Potential $40,000 Base + Commission | $100K+ Opportunity Full-Time | Southeast Michigan Wilson Marine is growing, and we're hiring experienced sales professionals who know how to close. We've been a leader in Southeast Michigan since 1949. We carry the industry's top brands, maintain the largest in-stock inventory in Michigan, and dominate every major boat show we attend. Our traffic is strong. Our product is strong. Our reputation is strong. Now we need a strong salesperson to fill this role. This is not an entry-level role. If you've successfully sold high-ticket products (marine, RV, automotive, powersports, etc.) and you know how to build relationships, negotiate, and close- we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Work qualified leads and showroom traffic
• Sell premium boats from top brands
• Guide customers through the full buying process
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Represent a brand that customers trust

What You Bring

• Proven high-ticket retail sales experience
• Confidence negotiating and closing
• Strong communication skills
• CRM and computer proficiency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, weekend-driven environment
• Availability to work Saturdays (standard business day for us) Marine, RV, or powersports experience is a major plus, but proven closers from other industries are encouraged to apply. What We Offer
