You'll handle high-ticket transactions including gold and jewelry that directly drive your weekly bonus earnings. The more your skills grow, the more your pay grows. Associates with 12 years of experience here are earning $18$20/hr base, with total compensation of $21$25/hr or more when bonus is included. For a high-performance individual, the upside is even bigger our bonus plan has no ceiling.

What You'll Do

:

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with purchases, sales, and loans
• Evaluate and negotiate on a wide range of items including jewelry, gold, firearms, and electronics
• Build genuine customer relationships that keep people coming back
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually sharp
• Learn the pawn industry from the ground up we invest in people who want to grow What We're Looking For:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• An entrepreneurial mindset you take ownership of your results, think independently, and treat your performance like it's your own business
• Someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team built to win
• Must be comfortable and legally able to work alongside firearms
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Available to work Saturdays What You Get:
• $16-$18/hr starting base pay (with sales experience)
• Uncapped weekly bonus begins immediately, no waiting period
• Average total pay $20$23/hr; experienced top performers earn $25/hr or more
