In search of a Business Development Manager Sign on bonus may be available 90-day review for potential growth The BDC Manger manages a team of BDC Agents who field and distribute incoming calls, emails, and texts. The BDC Manager will be highly experienced in training and maintaining a team of BDC Agents on the systems, processes, and procedures in use by The Dealership that insure a high level of customer service and problem resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all incoming appointment queries.
• Perform customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize all selling opportunities.
• Ensures all calls are entered in tracking system.
• Responsible for scheduling of BDC Agents.
• Responsible for payroll reporting for BDC Agents.
• Responsible for training new hires and providing ongoing training for existing employees.
• Conducts weekly meetings with BDC Agents to review Phone and e-mail Training and techniques.
• Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings.
• Communicates with dealerships regarding BDC results
• Conduct yourself professionally while in the workplace REQUIREMENTS
• Automotive Business Development Management experience- 2-5 years
• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment where strong communication skills are required for success.
• Ability to handle customers and staff professionally during all interfaces.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in all training programs as appropriate.
• Complies with all attendance policies.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Eleads Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
