About the Role

:You'll be the expert advisor when customers request service from Integra Electrical. Your job isn't to pressure or pitch it's to make a connection, earn trust, and guide people through their options with clarity and confidence.We'll train you to follow a simple, repeatable consultation process that leads to success. You'll meet with pre-qualified leads (no cold calls or door knocking!) and help customers understand their options for improving safety, comfort, and efficiency in their homes.This role is all about people not products. You don't need technical experience. You need empathy, energy, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
