1-800 Radiator & AC is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow demand for our Baton Rouge Territory. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with auto repair shops and commercial customers
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing accounts
• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Schedule follow-ups to keep customers informed on products, pricing, and promotions
• Create and deliver sales materials to support growth What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Comfortable using CRM platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused Preferred / Desired Skills
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Outside, retail, or B2B sales experience
• Spanish bilingual is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
