Job Summary

: The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial roofing projects. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers, conducting on-site inspections, providing detailed estimates, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from first estimate appointment to installation date.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Consultation: Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing (and siding) needs, answer questions, and provide expert advice on materials, styles, and solutions.
• Inspections and Estimates: Conduct thorough on-site roof inspections to identify damage or signs of wear. Prepare and present professional, accurate, and transparent proposals and estimates to clients.
• Sales and Negotiation: Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our services and negotiating terms that are mutually beneficial.
• Project Management: Coordinate with the project management and installation teams to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the project.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and generating positive reviews and referrals.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all sales-related paperwork, contracts, and reports.

Qualifications

:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry. 3+ years of roofing sales experience required. Experience selling siding is a plus!
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to climb ladders and navigate roofs safely for inspections.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer appointments.

Compensation

:

• This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
• Earn 8% commission on sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
