Compensation

: Commission-Based On-Target Earnings: $150,000 $300,000+ per year Income Cap: None

With strong inbound lead flow and structured daily training, this is an opportunity designed for driven sales professionals ready to maximize earnings.

Responsibilities

• Run 23 preset in-home appointments daily
• Conduct professional sales presentations for roofing and exterior coating services
• Close contracts and collect customer deposits
• Gather project details, selections, and required documentation
• Submit complete deal files with notes and photos
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams
• Generate additional self-sourced leads (optional but incentivized) Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Must Have:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong closing ability
• Hunter mentality and self-motivation
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to run in-home appointments confidently
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work in the Phoenix market
• Must be tech literate
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs Nice to Have:
• Roofing sales experience
• Door-to-door sales experience
• Experience in solar, windows, HVAC, pest control, or home services
• Experience in high-ticket sales environments Bilingual
