JOB SUMMARY - Must be an effective communicator - Must have strong organizational skills - Must be able to meet all deadlines. - Must have the ability to work well with and collaborate with others. - Territory is in West Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, and Eastern Delaware County -Salary incentives available RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to effectively execute company initiatives in the assigned territory and meet/exceed Company sales expectations and goals. Must be able to build and maintain strong and respectful business relationships with all customers, brewery representatives, and co-workers. Must be able to participate in nighttime/weekend promotions to build account/team relationships and facilitate brand awareness. Must be a Team Player. Must be coachable. Must be a self-starter with a very strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Must have high efficiency to navigate various technology platforms. Must have exceptional skills in analytical thinking and problem solving. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Must be able to pass drug screen and physical. Must have a college degree. Beer sales experience a plus. - Local candidates residing in Philadelphia or Delaware County are strongly preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $52,343.20 per year
