• Successfully turn generated leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients
• Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.
• We are looking for someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of sales experience Construction is a bonus.
• Strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Must be organized, disciplined, and a self-starter. Someone who takes initiative with actions. We will not be your babysitter!
• Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships through effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Can handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
• High level of personal accountability and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid drivers-license. PAY
• Commission with bonus structure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
