Business Development Manager Staffing Solutions Location: Northglenn or Aurora Colorado Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: $75,000 - $85,000 Base + Uncapped Incentives ($150K+ Potential) Position

Overview

Our client, a growing staffing organization, is seeking a Business Development Manager to build new client relationships and expand their presence in the Greater Denver market. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field-based sales activity.
• Meet with local businesses to identify workforce needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and sales updates.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to support client success.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing sales, recruiting, workforce solutions, or B2B business development.
• Proven success generating new business and building client relationships.
• Existing Denver market relationships especially construction and Warehouse preferred.
• Experience selling into industries such as construction, labor, hospitality, or related markets preferred.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field meeting clients.
