We are a growing IT Managed Services company in the Phoenix area looking for a reliable, detailoriented Bookkeeper / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. What You'll DoBookkeeping

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries
• Assist with payroll data entry
• Support yearend reporting and coordination with CPA Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and order confirmations
• Follow up on open quotes and warm leads
• Maintain CRM records and update customer information
• Provide product knowledge and customer support
• Coordinate with operations/warehouse teams on order status
• Assist with light outbound sales outreach as needed What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks preferred)
• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Preferred:
• QuickBooks IES or Online or Desktop experience
• CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Why You'll Love Working Here

Compensation
