Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License. Proven track record of success in insurance sales and team leadership. Deep understanding of the local Philadelphia insurance market. Strong ability to mentor and guide sales professionals toward their goals. Clear and persuasive communication style for high-stakes negotiations. Experience managing sales pipelines and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily sales operations and refine our approach to ensure we are meeting the diverse needs of our clients. Mentor a group of ambitious insurance agents, providing the coaching they need to thrive and advance in their careers. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach throughout the Philadelphia area. Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and community members to build lasting trust. Review sales metrics and performance data to identify creative ways to improve our collective results. Champion our company culture by fostering an environment rooted in collaboration, respect, and mutual growth.
