Charlotte Ski Boats is recruiting an experienced marine salesperson who is energetic, motivated, and ready to fit into our culture of selling FUN marine products. Responsibilities

• Drive sales of marine products and deliver a superior customer experience
• Follow the dealership sales process and uphold dealership policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive, welcoming buying environment for customers
• Follow up with all sold customers promptly
• Stay informed and continually expand knowledge of our products and competitors' products
• Maintain showroom space, ensuring cleanliness of new and used inventory
• Represent the company at boat shows and company events
• Adhere to dealership dress codes and maintain a professional appearance
• Attend all sales meetings and work as required by the sales manager
• Flexibility with closing times, as customer flow may extend past posted hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of boat dealership sales experience required
• Experience with LightSpeed or CDK systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of marine equipment and boating
• A-level selling and customer service skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Driver's license required; able to drive, operate, and launch boats
• Professional attitude, team player, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• Pay : Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
