What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and provide honest recommendations.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach.
• Follow up with company-provided leads and build your own pipeline.
• Educate customers on roofing products, materials, warranties, and financing options.
• Prepare estimates and present roofing solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM.
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with our operations and production teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right, motivated individual.
• Roofing, construction, restoration, or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable using technology, smartphones, tablets, and CRM software.
