About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep Tigon Golf Carts running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on HQ role that blends sales calls, service coordination, paperwork,financing and general office tasks. If you're organized, comfortable on the phone, and can juggle different responsibilities, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Take and manage service calls and scheduling
• Assist with payment collection and customer follow-ups
• Prepare titles, registrations, and basic paperwork
• Help customers with financing applications and funding
• Pay bills, process refunds, and handle returns
• Support general clerical and office tasks as needed
• Work closely with stores and management to keep things moving Same day job offer to the right candidate Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
