Requirements

:

• Interest in obtaining a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License (if you don't have one, we can help)
• Self starter with a high level of drive and ambition to succeed
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to learn, coupled with a belief that you can improve with hard work and practice
• A strong desire to serve others
• Belief in yourself and your capacity for success

Compensation

• Variable income, 100% commission
• Full time
• Agents with two or more years of experience average over $100,000
• Our top quartile averages over $250,000. Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
