Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers in retail or client locations to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct upselling by identifying additional needs and presenting relevant solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage route driving responsibilities, including commercial truck driving when necessary, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards.
• Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when merchandising products or transporting automobile parts or equipment.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Stay informed about pricing strategies, product features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Skills
• Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with excellent customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies.
• Valid commercial driving license with experience in route driving and automobile transportation.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, heavy lifting safety practices, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and team collaboration.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, client appointments, and product inventories efficiently.
• Experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, organizational ability, and resilience.
