We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on conversation, isn't afraid of picking up the phone, and knows how to turn a cold call into a meaningful connection. This isn't about hard sellingit's about building relationships, asking smart questions, and creating opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to prospective clients
• Turn conversations into qualified meetings for the sales team
• Research and identify new companies to prospect
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated, accurate, and organized
• Educate potential clients on how we support their IT and cybersecurity needs
• Partner with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline

• Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
• Confidence on the phone and ability to think on your feet
