• Wants a clear path to six-figure income without needing a degree Where You'll Start (Setter Role): You'll start on the front lines knocking doors, talking to homeowners, and setting inspections for storm-damaged roofs. This is the training ground. You're not selling roofs yet you're mastering communication, confidence, and work ethic while learning the industry from the inside. This role is designed to build killers. Setters who perform, show up, and lead themselves earn the opportunity to graduate into a Closer or Project Manager role , where top performers regularly make $150,000$200,000+ per year.
